Subh Yatra Holiday - Transportation not provided for my North Sikkim Tour

For my family trip to North Sikkim Tour I gave an enquiry to Hello Travel & Hello Travel recommended * travel agent. Out of them after negotiation I have taken a transportation package from the agent 'Subh Yatra Holiday' & gave an advance of Rs.****/- for the package of * days (**th Dec to **th Dec). But on **th Dec. when we reached to the starting point of the Tour the agent don't provide any transportation. After some argument they agreed to refund the advance payment of Rs.****/- to my bank account. According to their promise I provide them my bank account details. But till date no response from any of `Hello Travel' or `Subh Yatra Holiday'.
