Delta Corp Limited www com - transparency issue during transaction

I have made a transaction of ***** but somehow payment has been failed but amount has been debited from my bank account, after that I talk to their customer care first they told me within ** days your payment will be refunded and after some time I asked where is mentioned my payment will be refunded within ** days(i means where in RBI rules) now again they send me different mail your payment will be refunded within *-* days so i checked and thought about that theirs is issue of transparency as company hide their transparency with customer i need to file compensate against them
