Shipler (www.shipler.in) - Transit damage

I booked my car through shipler.in site to transfer my car from west bengal (asansol) to karnataka (Bangalore) on June **th . During transit truck met with accident and my car got damaged badly due to truck met with accident . I claimed my money from shipler and after a long hustle insurance company chola ms general insurance co ltd said they processed the money to shipler . but i am not getting my money from shipler even after multiple followups.I have attached the doc file where you can see email stating the money has been received by shipler but still they are not giving my money . I have already paid *,**,*** rs to servicing company . Now they are not answering my calls . please please help me !!
