I had purchased a vehicle from padma pujitha finance- wheelsmart, eluru branch in the month of march ****. vehicle is AP**DU****. Royal enfield Classic ***cc. But the vehicle ex.owner thumb is not presented for transfer of vehicle even after ** months. The eluru employees are complaining about kakinada branch and they are not responding. very bad customer relationship is maintaining at eluru branch by the employees
