ASSAM GRAMIN VIKASH BANK - Transfer Amount fail But the Bank did not refund till now

Sir , I Jainul Haque , Customer of Your ASSAM  GRAMIN VIKASH BANK , Holding the Current Account no. ************* by Name RELIANT  ENTERPRISE , Contact no . ********** at your Bank ,Sir as on **/**/**** I have made a transfer of Rs.**,***/- to Mr. MANDER HOSSEN DHABAK  A/C.no.*********** SBIN******* Its a State BANK OF INDIA Account... This transfer was fail but the amount is deducted from my account But till now this amount did not came back to my account , I have visited my Branch many time they only says me to wait, I have waited around Four month , Sir Kindly look into the matter I shall be thankful to you
