Platinum Global EnterprisesNew Delhi - Transdeal card not working false tour packages

I got a call from Platinum global company,New Delhi. The person told me that he is speaking on behalf of my icici credit card service provider. He did not inform me that its basically a tour company n trapping people to get money. As my card details were given, i trusted him. He told me that i will get-* holiday trips, free health-checkup voucher,free gift-belt n wallet n one discount card (transdeal card)-by which i can get upto**% discount in given stpres n online platforms.they forced me for payment n trapped me in their words saying just pay ***rs.(?)for this month n pay rest amount later after fetting courier.but after payment,i understood that full ****rs.charged on my credit card n i will have to pay it to bank on emi of ***rs.or so. They got their money.
I received package after * month,instead of promised * week period. Belt n wallet only received as promised.card had to be registered first on www.transdeals.in but the weboage is not working at all. No outlet eg.bigbazar accepts it. So,the tour packages also must be fraud.its risky to take family on their tour. I searched online almost ** complaints were there for transdeal n not a single replied or resolved.plz help me to refund the money.thanks.i have all receipts n proof n i can submit it to get the refund.thanks.plz contact me.
