Airtel Payments Bank - Transcation not reflecting
VIPUL PATIDAR filed complaint against Airtel Payments Bank on May 13, 2020
I have made a payment of Rs **** on ** May against Jaipur Vidyut Nigam in order to pay my electricity bill through Airtel Payments Apps by using AXIS bank credit card . This transaction is not reflecting in airtel payments app. As per message received, this transaction was done at APBLUTIL for insurance policy. Could you please help me for resolve this issue.

Airtel Payments Bank – SMS charges are cut automatically without any information and the company doesn t recieve callsClosed
They cut SMS charges of **.** almost every month and I am not even aware for what reason this is happening. Company doesn't even recieve calls. I am a student and how are they supposed to cut money automatically.
