T Application Folio - Transaction not reflecting even after 3 days

I have paid *** for getting certified copy of the sale deed. Money was deducted from my card but not reflecting in transactions in t app folio app. Even and calling their support and mailing them they don’t have any clue. Every day they will tell they didn’t get any update. It’s frustrating that I have to take certified copies but they are helpless.
