The transaction with Amazon.In from SBI Card **XX XXXX XXXX **** on ** July ****. The order placed for INR **,*** with * EMIs & EMI amount INR ****.**. The order wan not converted into EMIs from SBI card. I didn't notice and was paying the EMI amount. The SBI card tried to debit from savings account and penalized when it fails. Also penalized financial/late fee charges. I noticed in April **** that the transaction was not converted into EMIs. Spoke to SBI Customer care and asked to escalate to concern department. Raised multiple interaction IDs and many service requests that were not helped to resolve the issue. The outstanding balance amount converted into * EMIs after it's escalated to Nodel officer but I asked to deduct the amount that I paid from principal amount & ready to pay the remaining balance amount. There is no proper response from SBI and keep intimating me the T&C dishonour/late fee charges and they failed to answer my question that I raised "why the transaction was not converted into EMIs and how will SBI card compensate customer when the fault is from their end". I strongly beleive that SBI should be penalized as they charge customers. I am sharing interaction IDs and service request numbers along with the transaction history & AMazon order screenshot.
I request you, kindly have a look and help me to solve the issue with SBI card.
