Google pay india - Transaction is successful but money not credited

I sent money to my friend via google pay and the transaction was successful but my friend didn't receive receive the money In her bank account. I called google pay customer service and they told me to wait for **hours which is *days and I two days have passed now and nothing has happened. Google pay is not doing anything to return my money. Please I need my money returned back to me as soon as possible. Below is all my transaction details as follows:
