I am writing regarding a deposit issue with my Parimatch account. I made a deposit of ₹**,***, but the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch wallet. The deposit status on your platform shows as failed, while the payment was successfully debited from my bank account.
Previously, I raised a support ticket through live chat but haven't found any resolution as it almost more than ** days.
