I purchased UC on **th April **** but the transaction failed at that time. I thought refund would be provided to me but there is no refund on my two transactions. I've discussed already from paytm they check my transaction status and they sent me a confirmation mail in which it is clearly written up that transaction was successful that time and money was sent successfully to the merchant i.e ProximaGamma Pvt. Ltd.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible for better future service.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
