I am vikas singh,on **.**.**** I have done transaction for amount ****.**/- rs. By jio money to clear trip for booking of a air ticket but transaction got failed. Despite of a failed transaction money has been deducted from my jio money wallet .i have called their customer care n sent e-mail too ,but I didn’t get any reply from their side. Jio money has done cheating with me and not reverted my money till now.
