i had book the ticket on ** march **** but the transaction was not successful and amount has been debited from my account. Transaction ID *************** and amount is Rs. ****.** and in my IRCTC login showing refund processing is already done on ** march **** but till date i had not received any amount i had contact and email regarding the above matter with IRCTC and i got mail from IRCTC on * apr **** that the refund has been processed. i had contact my bank also, with all refund detail given by IRCTC but bank saying we had not received any such amount with this details
