Reliance Smart bazaar Raipur - Transaction done but purchased materials not received

I have purchased some materials of INR ****.** from Reliance Bazaar, Ambuja mall, Raipur on dated * August ****. I have paid successfully but as per Representative fund not received due to system error. Fund deducted at same time from my HDFC saving account but they didn't agreed and not provide my purchased materials. His Manager Mr. Nishant lodge my complaint in his system and ensured me that your fund will be refunded in you account but still my deducted amount not refunded in my account.
