Syska Accesories and Bank of India - Transaction completed but merchant had didn t get and had didn t refund

I have done payment to Ccavenues ( Syska Accesories ) from Google pay of Rs.***/- on **th May **** at **:**. (UPI transaction ID ************ ).
Transaction made payment successful ( attached screenshot ) but Syska accessories said that payment is not received .
And till date had didn't get refund. (Attached bank statement)
