AU Small Finance Bank - Transaction alerts are not made instantly

Dear Sir/Ma'm,

I am using AU Small Finance bank Credit Card for a while now. Card name is Zenith card. Card was delivered with Priority pass for free airport lounge access. I have used priority pass on domestic airports * times during the tenure of * months. As a customer, I was under impression that with Priority Pass it is free to access airport longues. I used it for first time at domestic airport, they have charged some amount at the backend, and I was not aware because there was no deduction message from the bank. So my impression stayed it is free to use. I kept on using it multiple times. After * months, there is a statement triggered with charges on availing priority pass. The charges were very high as compared to services I have availed at the airport. Even for single bottle of water I used priority pass. Looking at the cost it is far higher than regular charges which Lounge charges for paid customers which is Rs.****/- maximum but Priority Pass charged me Rs.*,***.**/- plus GST Rs.***.**/- charged separately.

I have loged complaint with the bank over calls, emails but I did not receive proper response from them on why I was not made aware about transactions being happened which are paid at the Airport Lounges. Also, I had requested for evidences about customer knowing about usage of Priority Pass. Requested to reverse the charged amount of Rs.**,***/-.

My major complaint is against * following points, and expect the reversal of charged amount.
*. Why it was not made sure that customer is aware about using Priority Pass is not free at the domestic (India) aiports.
*. Why there were no transaction alerts being made on the same day or time to make customer aware about the charges.

I have raised compaint with the bank but did not receive proper responses. Attaching evidences as well.
*. Customer Care compaint number ******* - ticket was closed with no proper resolution, when asked about why it was closed, then customer care executive said, our sales person confirmed about the communication verbally. I asked about produce the evidences then he kept mum and hung up saying he was transfer the call to his senior executive.

*. Email complaint made at creditcard.support@aubank.in - I have received standard responses from them but not the answers for the questions I asked.

I have tried to reach RBI for the same but site is under maintenance. https://cms.rbi.org.in/.
