S.C. Services - Training not provided

I am from Chhattisgarh. Presently I am working at spice digital ltd as a technical support engineer when I came to Delhi * months ago, that time I was facing more problem. I came for interview suryaa group through S.C. Services. When first I went to the interview training centre **/**, ground floor old Rajender Nagar, near Salwan school gate *, mother dairy, pillar -*** exits Karol Bagh metro gate no.* new Delhi. Reference Mr Anurag firstly they took **** Rs from me for one-day training and joining at Surya group. They told me after two days you have a one-day training. But no training was provided to me by S.C. services. When I went to their office the office was closed. Then I went after some days their office was open. I request their office manager to refund my money then they told me that training will be conducted next Saturday and we will inform you through the calling or mail. But I didn't get any calls or mail from their side. I was facing more problem that time please take action for this type of fraud and punish them. I am providing a soft copy amount receipt taking by S.C. Services.
