Tech Mahindra Pvt. Ltd. - Trainer being arrogant and very bad behaviour raising his voice

This Akhilesh here from bangalore. I was selected as Band two designated as senior customer support. This Trainer called Katen was very rude behaved very arrogant, Humiliated and raised his voice very bad experinece with Tech Mahindra. Employees behave very abnormal lots of couples make out in the company permises. During my first mock call certification i agree i was not able to clear. And second time when was given a chance. Quality team lead named Tanika in amazon process praised me with very good feedback with my first call. second call i did good with improvment third mock call SME who was suppose to help me out provided wrong information and i got marginless score and was put on bench Too much politics and behaving with corporate ethiqutte. I was very disappointed i chose the wrong company
