Vellhi - Trademark not received

Applied for Trademark through legal raasta but after ** days they said that the application has been refused due to similar type name though the pronunciation is much different from the given example. Now, my problem is legal raasta had searched for the name which had been applied for registering and they said its unique. At this point they are demanding the same amount again to reapply. Why shall I pay them again when I have not got any result? That too after a short conversation they are either not picking up the phone or the phone is switched off. In this scenario what shall I do? Shall I lodge a complaint in our local cyber crime branch against them for this online cheat?
