john deere - Tractor documents not delivered properly

On */*/**** I purchased John Deere tractor ****D model on exchange of my old Ferguson(old vehicle *,**,***-document charges **,***=*,**,***). In estimation they mentioned the new vehicle price as *,**,*** but in invoice Rs:**,**,***/- is mentioned.In TR owner's name is mistake( Correct name is Chinnappa Muni Rathnam). They have collected back all the documents to correct the name so for they have not returned to me. Due to this the new vehicle is not registered and not earned no money so for.
