My credit card application no. ************* which has been approved on * june **** but till now the card has not been received at our address nor any tracking id has been received. After going to sbi bank lohardaga branch ID **** and talking, the staff there say that we do not give the tracking id of the credit card.

I have been issued new card and annual charges have not been told and rs. ****/- charges for annual charges. I need waiver of these charges and i am ready to pay rest of amount.
