I ordered a product through Meesho, which was shipped via Velmo courier (Tracking ID: VL*************). The parcel’s tracking has not been updated for over a week and still shows as stuck at Channapatna, which is approximately *,*** km away from my location.
When I click “Track My Order” in the Meesho app, it shows **th October as the delivery date, but when I open the detailed tracking page, it shows **th October, creating confusion about the actual delivery date.
I already contacted query@meesho.com
, but I received only an automated response redirecting me to their in-app bot, which could not resolve the issue. The customer support chat bot is unhelpful and does not connect me to a human representative.
Due to this, I am unable to know where my parcel currently is or when it will arrive. The tracking system is not updated and provides contradictory dates. This situation has caused inconvenience and mental stress due to the lack of communication and transparency.
I request Meesho to:
*)Provide the current location of my parcel.
*)Confirm the expected delivery date.
*)Improve communication and tracking accuracy.
