I am having tptl dish connection. I requested them to update the package plan. It's more than * days and still, they did not update my plan. I have called them multiple time. Every time they promised to complete it in * or * hours but all in vain. Now they are keeping me on hold and not picking my call. It mentally tortures as well my money wastage.
