We paid RS ***** to confirm our booking for mysore ooty coorg package. They told that they would send a confirmation mail as soon as we pay the amount. We submitted adhar card and driving license and office Id card to as address proof but after we had made the payment they still have not send us the confirmation mail and are not receiving our calls too.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
