Sagartrip - Tour Package not fulfilled

www.sagartrip.com bogus company offering cheap packages. Cheating customers by giving false itinerary and once payment made they are not providing any bookings or refund. This is to bring to your notice that I am waiting for my refund since July. Can anyone respond and get the refund processed.
