International Youth Club - Tour operator not delivered service as committed

Dear Team,

I was booked my package from international youth club for Leh-ladakh ( * nights * days) package. We had very bad experience for this package.
At day *, No one was for pick up on airport, we called many people Mr. ishant, mr.vijay, but they are not responding, after * hour I called mis. Antima, she called some one and sent one local guy for pickup. We had waited almost * hour. When we reached at hotel NO welcome drinks are there, food was average, Hot water was not coming in nights, no clearance service are there, no telephone, overall it was an * star hotel which name TAKSHILA hotel.
On day *, We have booked ***CC bike for our package, and IYC provided ***cc bike in rough condition, wheel,tank,engine was not good. Mr. vijay said you take this bike, we will arrange later for another bikes. Our destination was nubra valley , there are many breakdown happened during road trip.
On Day *, Our destination was at Turtuk village from Nubra valley, one bike was breakdown condition, they arrange another bike for trip, team leader was mr. faisal he didn’t know about where to go, where to stay. Our all members are on different way.
On day *, Our destination was pangonk from nubra valley, we don’t know where to go, Mr. faisal was also confused, because he also don’t know what is our package, many times bikes got failure on road, * bike was dropped in mid way. Hotel was not booked, we were waited * hours from outside hotel, actually it was an home stay, they don’t have proper service, they have common Washroom & bath room, and food was in another location so you need to travel for dinner and breakfast.
On day *, One bike was in not working condition, destination to leh from pangonk, One bike got failure in mid way no backup was there, we waited ** min. after we moved on. After all they dropped us again in TAKSHILA, we need shower and no hot water was there. In night some * to * local boy came and ask money for failure of bike, and shouting abusive words, gave threat, I called mr. vijay to ask who are they?? Mr. vijay said they are local goons, don’t face them, just paid there dues. They all are very bad. One of them are consumed alcohol (mr.bunty). Seems the all are here for fights. End moment hotel manager was intervene in this matter, and removed all goons from hotel compound.
On day *, We have booked our whole trip on bikes, But IYC provided tempo traveller for no reason, driver demanding extra money for ride. He was in very hurry.
On day *, Only one * seater van available for drop and we are * people with luggage. DISGHUSTING.
OVERALL IT WAS AN DISTUGSTING TRIP, WE PAID ALL THERE DUES RETURN BACK TO HOME.
