The company call us for meeting in hotel and informed us about the tour packages. At that time their executives informed that if you pay the package amount in single payment, your annual maintenance charge get waived off and also get some discount in package charge, one way flight ticket, ***** Rs vlcc voucher coupon. so, i had made the payment of whole amount Rs. ***** at once.
After two months, i want to book the tour to Goa. In this case company informed me to first book the one way ticket by yourself and i had booked it and informed them. Just * or * weeks before the journey date they sent me the mail and ask for annual maintenance charge. even they didnot provide me the vlcc coupons. i have written several emails to them informing about the issues i am facing while contacting them. Sir, i want my refund amount. kindly do the needful.
