Sidhak Holidays by Navdeep Singh - Tour Agency fraud

I had raised a travel query for Rajasthan in the month of December, then Mr. Sunil and Mr. Sourabh from SIDHAK Holidays called me to proceed further, they provided some itinerary and asked me to pay some amount with QR code.

Before my departure Mr. Navdeep asked me to make full payment, when I paid the full amount they all stopped responding to me.

After several calls and messages, at very last moment of departure Mr. Navdeep picked up my call and suggested that I should cancel my plan due covid weekend lockdown and they will give me some credit note which I can use for booking later.
I cancelled my flights as I had no option, but after a month when covid situation normalised, I booked flight tickets again and asked Mr. Navdeep to book my tour with a credit note, but he has not responded since the last *.* months.

In the meantime I raised the concern with the travel triangle but Mr. Navdeep assured me that they will provide the booking and asked me to close the ticket by sending an email.

Now I want a refund, as I can't believe the agent's services after seeing reviews and his response.
