Hotrait - Totally Damaged and wrong product received - No response to several complaints

I placed an order (order #****,tracking no RU*********NL via **track.net)for *K Dual lenses rear view mirror on July **th. I made the payment through my Paypal account. I received a totally damaged and extremely ordinary rear view mirror on Jul **th. I immediately contacted the company on the email id provided on the website helpandserving@gmail.com. in spite of several followups I have received no response from them
