Divastri shop - Torn dress delivered

I ordered an chudidhar of amount *** through the divastri.shop website in facebook. But I received an old saree kindly of dress through bluedart tracking no *********** from Saroli etail operation. I paid Cash on delivery and opened and then realised it was a fake one. I have intimated bluedart regarding this.I called by the number given in divastri .shop but it comes to be wrong . I'm not able to initiate the return or refund also.
