irrs pvt ltd - took money for opening an salary ccount funded with that amount which i deposited in that comp

on * feb ****,A company named irrs pvt ltd took my hard earned money by saying that they will provide me data entry job under hdfc bank so they asked me to deposit **** rs to them and a salary account will be opened by them funded with that **** rs,its been a month after taking my money they dont reply me from thier own side,whenever they picked up my call, they gives me excuses like u have to go there and show that receipt..but now it been a long time,day by day i am getting frustrated by them.i only have two options first is to complaint thatswhy i am here..and to beat them till i get satisfied.i request you to help me to get refund.
