Nirmiti Resorts & Clubs - Took money but no services provided

We took the membership on **rd Dec **** at Goa. They promised a lot while taking membership and all are fake promises. We were supposed to get the date credentials within ** days and still no clue about the no one responds for it.
We are trying to book a holiday since Jan and it's April now we couldn't even book one holiday. Finally, they said it's confirmed from Nirmiti end but hotel voucher will come only after Apr **th for May *st holiday. Now when we follow them they are asking which place are you looking for? They won't respond to emails nor calls. A big cheat company never join it. Not sure how the government is allowing such fraud companies. I need my money back. It's hard-earned money.
