Instagram page - Took money and didn t deliver the order i did

I ordered clothes from instagram page called "shoppers_shopping_adda" they took payment through paytm of *** rs the name shown in paytm "manasa ananda reddy", many days i tried to communicate they blocked me i tried with another friends account and they blocked my friends too, i complaint file againts them through paytm customer service but they recommended contact number of the page holder and they even didn't given me a number , till now i am trying to find out but u cant, this amount is big for me bcz i dont earn its my parents money and they even dont know
