Myself Surendra Yadav had shifted my luggage from Gurgaon to Bhopal with Indian logistics Packers and movers on ** July ****. I asked them charges before shifting they had given me quotation having transportation charges ***** .I confirmed them and plan to shift luggage on ** July **** . But when luggage was packed and loaded they had taken transportation charges ***** and harrased me mentally. Both receipts attached..while shifting there Was damaged to my luggage also but they were so irresponsible to take any responsibility neither my luggage repaired nor extra money refunded.I ask you to please look into this matter.thanks
