Noise Watch - Too big and not switching on

Received a defective and wrong size watch from Noise Halo plus. It is not switching on and very big for the hands. When asked about it, they are further asking us to purchase strap from their website. Nowhere the strap is mentioned on Amazon. Bought it through Amazon. They are saying they will repair the new product. However even if it’s repaired, the strap size is too big. Please help in filling a complaint.
