Toll Plaza - Toll Plaza wrong Fastag id

Toll plaza in NH** named Thiruppachethi Toll Plaza is charging double the charge for the vehicle even though the Fastag is working in all other toll plaza in the same route. After several arguments, we found out the details of our Fastag in this particular toll plaza is not correctly updated. We have shown all the proof of our fasTag id and the message for the fee collected in the other toll plaza. But they are not ready to update or take any complaints on their side instead charging hefty amount. Attached the confirmation from the HDFC fastag confirming our id last digits of which is ****AC*A****E*. But only in their toll they are maintaining as ****AC*A****E*
