IDTL Toll Plaza A Indore Dewas on AB Road - Toll gate mismanagement

Daily I travel from Indore to Dewas in the morning and return in the evening, Toll - A on AB road form Indore to Dewas maintenance and management is deadly poor. Sensor systems are not working properly every day there is a delay of ** to ** mins at Toll, staff not responsive at all. Today on *th July '** there a long que on all * gates and staff is irresponsive and no one is bothering, they are arguing with the customers is raise any objections. even the roads not maintained, complete patch work all along the road. I think our Transport minister should travel on the road to understand the public pain. even major gadda and uneven road at Toll gate itself. simply enjoying collecting money from the public with out providing any service. the govt authorities keeping silent and no action on those Toll gates. Hope authorities will react on this complain. If no response this complaint, it will reach up PM level
