we also have receipt of payment.
We cancelled the booking within ** days and the company has not refunded us our payment of Rs * lakh which is still a huge amount for a middle class person like us. Whenever we visited their office they dismissed us by saying that it is in their terms and condition but we have not even received any signed paper of terms and condition agreement, moreover we have heard that some people have received full refund (especially those who threatened company to file a police case). Please help us in getting our money refunded. Let me know if I need to share more info.
