Nobroker in - Token Amount Refund

As discussed with Agent on call , they promised once you pay the token amount, you can cancel the booking **hours prior to the day of service. I cancelled the booking before * days prior as i got better service than them. But these people didnt refund my token amount. While booking on call, They made me assured that they will refund my token amount if i cancel, thats the reason i paid the amount. I clearly mentioned them if i get better deal i might cancel your booking. But they are cheating like this. Please help in this regard.
