Good evening sir/medam,
I order this website of refurbished mobile of samsung Galaxy A **.
I Already Paid my shipping charge and paid today ****/- & ***/- advance of my payment, But i received totally wrong product Real me mobile, which is totally broken condition.
I had received totally wrong product.
i humble request to you to return this product and refund my payment.
i already attached the Screen shot of mobile. and I also return the parcel but my refund is Not Receive, i need my refund Immediately , I already send my QR code But no reply. I already compliant against you of harassments . I also do FIR against Your company, I need my refund back rs ****/-
I received ** days ago the mail that my payment going on **/** by * pm. But still I not receive my payment. I already complaint lots of time , I need my payment right now.
I already suffered this matter above * months. I also do fir against your company for extremely harassment .
