Samsung LED TV - To change Samsung LED Colour TV
RN Saradha filed complaint against Samsung LED TV on Mar 16, 2020
Purchased Samsung LED Color TV from Venus' arcade thrissur in Oct ****. Later on it was found that there is a complaint in Panel of TV. Now M/s Venus' Arcade as well as Samsung refuse to either chage the TV or Panel on the ground that the warranty period is one year only. But they have not given any warranty card or even the manual whereas at the time of sale. it was orally told that the product was having five year warranty
