Byju s online coaching company - To cancellation of my EMI and refund my money

Sir, my documents in Fullerton India Company were obtained by fraudulent third party (byju's) and without giving any specific information gave a loan of ₹ ***** on a product of ₹ ***** in my name. I have requested Byju's and Fullerton India many times regarding loan cancellation but till date they have not canceled my loan but keep harassing me to pay the money by repeatedly calling or texting me. Sir even today i want to return the byjus product and want to cancel my emi please take strict action against fullerton india cancel my emi and get my **** back, you will be very kind.
