Roaming Craving Private Limited - TO CANCEL OUR EMI THAT I HAVE NOT TAKEN

Respected PineLabs team,

I went to visit Mahabaleshwar, there we met an agent of Roaming Craving Pvt Ltd., Plot **, Maheshwari Villa, Shop no **, near D-MART, Sector *A, New Panvel East, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ****** Phone number - **********. I was asked to scratch the coupon, when I scratched the coupon, I was told that I have won a package of * days * nights. Then he took us to his office (Lake Paradise) and said that you have to pay only one rupee, they have taken amount Rs.* by swiping ICICI debit card. He told us about his packages I did not take any package from the said company and came back from there and after two days I received an email of EMI that I have not taken. Then I have dialled the number of merchant but they have not responded.

But it is a matter of great surprise, money has been deducted from my bank account even though we have not taken any package. The said company has fraudulently cheated us is taking money from our account.

Then I complained to ICICI Bank (Account No.************, IFSC - ICIC*******, Address: Jabalpur Kachghar Branch, ****, Mastana Road , Near Sai Dham, RANJHI , Jabalpur,Madhya Pradesh -****** and also to customer care to cancel this EMI but they said that they did not cancel my EMI. Since then I am continuously trying to contact the aforesaid merchant (Roaming Craving Pvt. Ltd.) but neither they are picking any call nor replying back to Email.

Sir, the above heinous act is a fraud which would be happening not only with me, but with many people of the country. Even after my repeated requests, the bank is deducting money from my account which is completely wrong.
I humbly request your PineLabs team please take appropriate legal action against the said company (Roaming Craving Pvt Ltd.) and issue instructions to ICICI Bank to return my money which has been wrongly deducted from my account, and do not deduct any money from my account in future.

Hope you will take appropriate action without any further delay.
