On **/**/** I attended a session on Imperial Cruise Solution. They told me to use a complimentary gift voucher within ** days of registration at */- and after confirmation, EMI will be charged. They swipe my card by saying that it is for registration and future EMI purpose only.
But documentation rule is different and they have deducted all amount at once. Just after *.* Hr of application on the same day, I submitted a written letter to reject my application as I feel like cheated. I request them to not process my application as I have not submitted all the document and refund the amount. But they replied refund decision is to depend on the management and it will take *-* days.
Now on **/**/**, I received a reply from Imperial Cruise services after * follow-ups. They are not ready to refund. They wanted me to use their services first and then I can cancel. But I need a refund because I been cheated by the merchant. At the time of application, it is said to me that amount is deducted in EMI and EMI deduction will be starting after ** days of application but all amount is charged at once.
As the merchant is cheated by saying different and mentioned differently on the agreement. I have not given all the documents for my registration and a written letter to reject my membership application instantly on the same day. I have not used their services and I don't have a membership number/ID/mail/SMS. So I requested for a refund many times to merchant from day *.
