I wanted to sell my flat * bhk in Puranik city in Thane hence Magic Bricks team convinced me to purchase a package of Rs. ****/- and said many buyers will be able to see your flat. After login in magic bricks and making the said payment the numbers shown in my listing of * buyers were false. None of them are interested in the property. I had called them they confirmed that scam is going on by magic bricks and they are not keen in buying the flat.
Randomly some numbers are displayed in my list like RTO office, etc. I need my refund back and even I feel this a scam which is going on and I have to report it to the respective authorities.
When I called up the support team they informed me that the amount taken was only for photo shoot and content writing. Why are you cheating customers like this? Its our hard earned money and such scams will be reported very soon.
Request you to take immediate action and refund my money back and I am not happy with your service nor will I recommend your service to anyone else.
