I enquired about Timbl broadband services on timbl.co.in and subsequently received a call from Timbl customer service. A person named Kajal told me about a plan, and I opted for the *-month option, paying ₹*,*** for the broadband connection on the Timbl website on October *, ****, at *:** PM.
After payment, they told me they would install the router the next day in the early hours. However, it has been two days, and they are neither answering my calls nor replying to my queries. This is an organized scam, and I want my money back.
