Timbl Broadband Internet Service Provider (ISP) Timbl - Timbl Bradband connection issue

I raised a request for transferring my timbl broadband connection on **-June-****. it got transferred in next two days and the guys ask me to pay *** rupee for this and request for recharging the account by *** rupee and told only after that I am able to use the internet. I have done the same and paid the amount as said. but its already more than ** days, my internet is not working. So, I tried to call the customer care again and again and got the same response every time that they have raised a request for this and problem will solved ASAP. but still my connection is not working and no one tries to call me to rectify the issue. So i decided to disconnect timbl broadband and now they are not transferring my money that I have paid and also not able to rectify the issue.
