Tikona - tikona sending bills after deactivation also

hello team,
I used tikona internet for few months later i moved to my city i told to disconnect my internet connection via phone n through mail after paying outstanding bills but here still am getting outstanding bills for every month with out using internet why i should pay the bill to tikona.
I called multiple times to customer care but they were not replying properly.
please help me here i got frustrated with tikona services
