VIDYADHAR SHETTY filed complaint against Travel Look on Feb 20, 2021
I booked ticket through Travel look from Mumbai to bangalore on **th January and after amount debited from account ,i got a message from Travel Look that my booking is cancelled due to fare variation and they will refund the amount within * days, now its more than a month and I am getting the same answer that i will get refund within * to ** working days. I had to borrow money from others to book new tiket and caused very embarrassment and damaged to my personality.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
